New Mamta by Sunshin hoteliers |350 Metres from Nakki Lake

Very very worst experience at New Mamta Residency hotel... There is not one reason to make our experience worst but there are multiple reasons behind it. First of all they didn't stick with their words, We had a conversion on call that they will provide two matress as we all are 9 person in total and we only want two rooms but when we reach their they denied to provide matress so unfortunately we have to go with three rooms instead of two. Second things is their rooms, Rooms are so small then expected. Third is their service ( pathetic) They Wouldn't GIVING PROPER FACILITIES according to Said by them So Plz Aware.. I request MakeMyTrip to refund our money & to aware others

we preferred to stay near Nakki lake that's why we chose this hotel. but it was the most terrible hotel stay. the reception staff almost & always not there, the rooms stinking, walls studded with fungus, no cross ventilation, we preferred AC deluxe but starting the AC was yet another dirt filled, bad smelling experience & we couldn't use it. linen was dirty, we had to request the staff repeatedly. no proper toiletries, towels pretty old, above all this there were no door knobs on both the sides. we had to literally fight to open the door both ways. on complaining the staff was only grumbling on the owner who probably never visits. we had to leave this hotel one day earlier than booking as we couldn't stay there more though we paid for 4 nights. no complimentary botted water was provided & after purchasing he sold us one bottled water for 50 ₹ at the time of check out & refused to give the bill. my suggestion to makemytrip, remove such hopeless hotel from your list otherwise you will lose credibility.

Room atmosphere is very bad & furniture very old ,wall very bad

Good for couples and family's. just near sunset point and nakki Lake on an easy walk. All the staff especially the Uncle on reception were very kind and humble. Best experience, good location, and good food too they should keep some options for non veg also.

We had a Nice Stay. Staff behaviour is nice. Addon benefit is that this place is having his own restaurant also. So no need to find around for food. Overall Nice Experience.
