Hotel Shanti ,Mount abu ( 550 meters from Nakki lake )

telecom not working in room . tv not working in room . chair not available in room . room's linen are so very bad smell

It was worst experience ever. I had with this hotel. No water, and in all room there is leakage water form ceilings. No hot shower system. No room service . Telephone of hotel is not working. In the photos which they showed is totally wrong.

Firstly owner denied to gave us room and after lot of fight we got 2rooms. We book deluxe room. The AC was not working. The room was having no hygiene and smelling. The entire area was full of smoking. They did not provide towel, water, soap. The entire room was having many small insects and spider webs. It was totally unhygienic. Would never recommend this to any one. I request you to provide my refund back otherwise I would officially gave email notification.

Location is quite good with parking too. The worst is almost everything else. Staff is irresponsible. TV got started after we ran after them for 3-4 times in 4 hours. One of our room was constantly getting water inside the room from on of the windows because of rain. The staff at reception was also not much concerned about our issue. After reaching around 2 in afternoon, our water issue in the room was a bit sorted at some 10 in night. There was no complaint box or register. I've had other trips but this one was one of the worst

The hotel is in extremely poor condition. Cleaning is not done properly at all — dust, dirt, and stains are clearly visible everywhere. The building is very old and poorly maintained. Rooms are small, damp, and have an unpleasant musty smell. Humidity inside is unbearable, with water leakage marks and drops clearly visible on the walls and ceiling. Furniture is old and broken, and bedsheets don’t feel fresh or clean. Bathrooms are unhygienic, with poor drainage and foul smell. Overall, the place feels neglected, uncomfortable, and not worth staying in.

Booked rooms are different as per mentioned photos on make my trip. also behavior of hotel staff is very very third class. my experience with shanti is poor. i don't book any property on make my trip by me.. request to make my trip tema. take necessary action against hotel shanti, Mount Abu

The experience was just average, the washroom was not properly clean and there was no cover on the drain, which led to insects and worms coming in. The walls of the washroom were covered with plastic sheets that were loose and held together with tape in several places. The food at their own restaurant was nothing special, service was very poor, it took them 30 minutes to serve a simple 2 minute Meggi.

Hotel is good and value for money base on price but food is costly as par quality and quantity both other things are good staff is supportive
