Bad experience stay First ac not working & hot water not available Hygiene not properly Bad not properly clean

i had a wonderful stay at hotel chandra vilas Mount Abu the property is beautiful peaceful and perfectly located with stunning views the room are spacious and clean and very comfortable the staff is extremely polite and helpful the made sure every little detail was taken care of food was delicious

good stay nice experience but room is not as shown could be done more better

Pathetic and horrible dirty rooms full of seepage

Very Bed room condition just like Khandar and Room Service not available, staff of this hotel not know what is room service even if they dont know basic service like drinking water, Cleaning, towel, bathing soap etc , over all dont stay there.

Restaurant is not opened .location is good but "Absolutely horrific experience! The room was a dump, literally. Stains on the bed, hair in the shower, and the smell... don't even get me started. The bathroom was disgusting, with mold growing on the walls . For the price, you'd expect at least a decent room, but nope. Wouldn't recommend to anyone 😷"

not a good hotel as per the price they were charging. didn't even provide new soaps. didn't help travellers in any way. i reached at 2:30, Mount abu darshan jeep timings were gone. they could have told me about nakki lake which I could have explored in my half day but didn't told anything. Full focus on providing activa on rent. Hotel was terrible, the rooms were very ugly and responsible person is also not responding well in hotel.

everything is fine but there are mobile network issues and food not good. but it's affordable for everybody in some low budget. garden area also good and parking place are also available

the hotel photos in make my trip is awesome but the live location is not good and poor condition and the room and washroom are third class quality please you give the live location and live photos upload

all is good like service and staff, location but room has color problem and smell problem please use good room freshener and i already read the comment like color problem and still have problem

**Property & Food Services:** The service is extremely slow, often requiring multiple follow-up calls. Their landline is not operational, so staff provide personal contact numbers and communicate only via WhatsApp — and even then, they respond at their convenience. **Room Conditions:** The room was in a terrible state. I was given a standard AC room with a broken wardrobe — the doors were loose and could fall at any moment, posing a safety hazard. The bathroom had large cockroaches, which felt like unwelcome extra guests. **Amenities & Hygiene:** Basic services were severely lacking. Hot water is only available between 7 and 9 AM. There was no drinking water provided, and complimentary toiletries were missing. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets and blanket covers were not clean. **Connectivity:** The property has almost no mobile network coverage, and their Wi-Fi is so poor that even sending a simple WhatsApp message becomes a challenge. It's essentially a complete network dead zone. **Overall Experience:** This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The lack of basic hygiene, poor service, and inadequate facilities made the stay extremely disappointing.

Rooms were not good Smell was there In rain there you will get wet travelling from reception to room

Even after providing information about 1 hour early checkin me and my family waited for 30 min in such a harsh summer.. The room was pathetic.. no washroom amenities.. no proper room service.
