Great. But MMT should mention that its only for couples/family and not for stag entry. Owner allowed though as we reached their late evening.

Room was nice clean..maintained well..enjoyed our 2 days stay..location was also decent..calm..peaceful.. Just one thing as it was rainy season so maximum we were at our room but cable connection was not available in TV..and they were having tie-up for mess with other hotel..so it was difficult to go to mess during heavy rain as we have manage to go from outside not internal way to enter mess Else it was overall all good and nice experience

It was great experience and comfortable stay at mount Abu. Recommend it highly even for single women or people if they visit

The property surrounding was not so good. Also they have added some images from near by hotel and they are calling it as type up property. The ambience of the hotel was not as expected. Overall the stay i can consider as average

Can you imagine any hotel or host not to provide Tea kettle and tea bags in the room and not to entertain phone calls from guests from the room before 7 am and tell straight that they cannot provide/arrange tea before 8 am in the morning? Even the attendant did not come to our room till our check out time of 8.30 am. The man in charge (he is either owner or manager) responded our phone call at 7.00 am but expressed his helplessness whereas the attendant did not accept our call till 7.15 am and then told that he could neither come to the room to listen anything nor he could bring tea before 8 am as he was late to go to sleep in the previous night. This is for the first time in my life from the enormous tour and travels in India and abroad that I made I saw that neither tea bags& kettle are provided in the room, nor the attendant denies for providing tea before 8 am. I strongly condemn their act. The room tariff without complimentary breakfast is also on higher side in comparison to other such hotels/homestays in the nearby area. The location is also not good, and you cannot move unless you have your own vehicle, or you have to take the vehicle arranged by the homestay person who charges Rs250 to drop you in the nearest market area situated at a distance of about 1 to 1.5 km and/or Rs500 for to & fro. Can not recommend anyone. Don't get allured with previous reviews.

One night costed me 7k yet the bathroom did not have the amenities, the room did not have an electric kettle for boiling water, There were no tea bags or cups to make tea in the room, Above all the Owner was very rude. this is not the way how you host guests.

The room that i booked was overpriced, it was not work 7000- i had paid 7000- inr for that room the room did not have electric kettle for making hot water in the room, the towel that we were provided was very dirty, it had black spots in the white towel, there was no cup for making tea and other basic room amenities like tea bags, coffee sachets were not present, the bathroom has 2 small soaps very small 5 gm in size. No other toiletries were provided.

The property is located 900 meters from Nakki Lake nearby the roadside and away from crowds. The owner is good and gives good assistance at the time of arrival. But there are no amenities over here and you won’t find any close shops, restaurants, pharmacies or taxis since Uber and Ola are not available in Mount Abu. The house has short doors, bed sheets are dirty, TV doesn’t work anyhow you can enjoy 100 channel which is for free😂 after you pay thousands booking the place. Wifi is free but the speed of the network works like 3G. The last thing which I didn’t like about this place is the checking and checkout timings.

For the get go Saurabh, the manager of the property was coordinating with us for our arrival time and answering all our concerns. The property is approachable by road, the rooms are spacious and clean. Saurabh even informed us about the renovation work going on in the property and confirmed with us that it's not going to be a problem. Good luck for the renovation Saurabh, hope the property turns out great!! they have a tie up with a hotel 100mts away and they served us a delicious breakfast buffet. I would definitely recommend the stay at the Shelter

Shelter the home stay was a nice experience. The caretaker, sourabh was extremely helpful and polite. The room was clean and the place was quiet. Currently there was no provision for food in-house. However, their tie up with a restaurant close by ensured that i could get food within 10 minutes each time. Nice place to stay in mt. Abu, if you are not looking for 'fancy, but clean, decent and quiet.

It's was awesome palace room was so nice and clean also Saurabh is very humble person overall I'm giving u 100/100 ❤️.

I have stayed in 9 hotels and other accommodation in the last month this was by far the best. It was perfect for my needs. I had an ac room although because of the elevation the temperature here is pleasant. The host was exceptional and arranged everything from scooter hire to airport taxi and advised an any subject i wished to ask about. The establishment felt warm and friendly was clean and well appointed with both furnishings and decor. It was well positioned to see all of the local and not so local sites including the magnificent jainism temples. The local town was a reflection on the hosts hospitality and i found all i needed with helpful and friendly people. I would strongly recommend staying here it in my view was extremely good value for money priced at the mid to higher end of the market.
