Hotel Radhika Palace

Very bad experience and absolutely pathetic! Do not choose this hotel based on internet photos—they are completely misleading. There is no such thing as a deluxe room here. Hygiene standards are not maintained at all. There were ants crawling all over the bathroom. The shower wasn’t working, and we had to request just to get running water. The extension phone in the room was also faulty. Overall, it seems like the staff never even checked or audited the room before our arrival. The hotel staff seriously need training on how to provide proper customer service

very bad experience, worst property and staff behavior is very bad. I have booked a large room with 2 double bed rooms, but they had force fully provided me with a single double bed small room. However, i had booked a large room with 2 double bed rooms.

near by nakki lake we had excellent ND memorable stay at radhika palace. my family is very enjoy this hotel staff nd owner behaviour very polite. 100% next tour definitely refer this hotel I recommend come this hotel room is very neet and clean 💯👌

Property is located very close to NAKKILAKE which is the main attraction in Mount Abu. Everything is near by this hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Restaurant is also there and they have good variety food. There is also a terrace you can sit and have tea while looking at Lake and mountains. Overall good experience.

No even complete my stay poor hotel

The location is a perfect 100 meters from nakki lake. But the bathroom is much worse. No cleaning, no dustbin inside the room & bathroom.

The condition of the room is worst. Walls savings digs the owner hadn't give quilt only 2 blankets are available in room

Horrible stay. Dirty room, bad, bathroom. Every thing was terrible and non supportive staff. I have paid approx 6800 per day but room was looking like a dharmshala room. Poor and dirty. Very small. In size no view. I think why make my trip show this type of hotel.

This is not a hotel it's a lodge. The whole building is just converted into different rooms and arranged. i didn't expect this type of rooms. Very disappointing. And on top of that hotel staff called and requested to cancel the booking since there place was booked and no rooms were available. That itself ruined my peace of mind.

This is excellent stay budget friendly hotel for all especially if you are traveling with family hotel location is front of nakki lake hotel staff was so polite and helpfully i re-commanded to stay hotel radhika palace

No hygiene maintenance, food is also not good, dirty bedsheets, dirty pillows, overall a very bad experience.

Overall experience was good. Everything was taken care of when asked. Staff is hospitable. It was a budget friendly stay.

The bathroom was dirty but room was ok ok. Bathroom cleaning is needed. Otherwise staff is good also helpfull.

In the hotel there must be a cleaned room, toilet, these are common requirements for the hotel, then there must be one towel, soap, running tv with remote, but here nothing like these, while asking for tv they are saying connection is broken in the city but i know that is the only excuse.

Toilet facility is to poor and only 2 towels provided for 4 people's

The hotel name is hote radhika palace right and there is nothing like palace and it was very bad stay in my whole life till now and i pay with tax for this room in mount abu the room is very third class
