Rooms are so conjusted to stay with family,no lift facility ,acess to 3rd floor is so conjsuted,Staff is not cooperative,not ready to listen customers side,images were shown on website looking pleasent but in reality it is very diffrent

Thanks for making the time and effort to write A review as expected. You knew after booking that your room was booked on the third floor, still you travelled with an 8-year-old disabled child. Stairs, lift etc. were mentioned on the website. We upgraded the room to super deluxe category for free on lower floor to disable child. Due to your negligence, you troubled your family and child, the frustration of which you vented out by reviewing our property. For the future, I request you to make your next booking after reading the rules, facilities and amenities of the property so that the child travelling with you does not have to face any problem due to your illiteracy. The place was good. At start the bed was not clean but on complaint they changed the bedsheet. The care taker was very friendly and helpful. Overall it was a good stay. It can do better from cleanliness perspective.

Worst service. I asked for a coffee sachet and was given a 2 rupees sachet so when i asked again the staff denied the request. The rooms were okay but my room was literally 1 meter next to the reception. No sense of privacy.

The room was not value for money.

The room lacked several amenities, such as 100% power backup—only the lights were connected to a UPS. There was limited storage for luggage, and no keys were provided. The Dish TV had no balance, and breakfast options were minimal, with only aloo paratha available in the morning. The room also lacked natural ventilation and a balcony. Despite these issues, the rest was satisfactory, and while the owner was cooperative, they appeared to be more money-minded.

First and foremost please be informed that your booking made for a HOME STAY and not a 3 STAR HOTEL as your expectation's with buffet breakfast, mineral water for free, BALCONY, LAKE VIEW FROM ROOM is superfluous. Your enjoyed tv 2 whole days and room was having 3x3 window and limited pre decided breakfast is very well displayed. While taking bike on rent you were agreed to pay Rs.700 and on returning the bike you argued and paid less Rs 100 and owner become money minded.

If anyone is expecting good hospitality then don't expect, because when you check in they will treat you like a king and on the checkout day they will treat you like beggar. Hence will not recommend this to anyone.

Please allow me to respond to your comments, that at check in time you were told about check out time at 9am and repeated again pervious night of check out, and at check out morning at 9.30 am you were not ready to checkout as your train was late in the evening and instructing us to show check in time is 12 pm to new guest for the same room . You were supposed to check out as a King only not like a beggar, if you would paid attention to your check out time instead showing watch to new arrival guest for same room .
