The food was average. The location was good. Facilities: Average 1. Hot water was available only between 6AM to 9AM, why? 2. No chair/table was provided. 3. Unprofessional staff. 4. No toiletries provided... when asked, they give only soap. 5. No shower in bathroom. 6. Power issue. 7. ceiling seepage.

First we got booking confirmation from makemytrip so we headed towards hotel but hotel manager did not allow us to stay stating that their policy doesn't allow father and son being gents only to stay at hotel. If their policy did not allow, then how they provided booking confirmation. Hotel is on steep road and i along-with my senior citizen father had to return from there and search for other hotel. It was waste of time, energy and money. Moreover, makemytrip did not refund money yet.
