Terrible Stay

Rajesh Singh: This was a very disappointing experience with a hotel booking through MakeMyTrip. I had booked a stay with Hotel Krishna from 7th to 9th June 2025, but upon reaching the location at night, I discovered that the hotel did not exist. Moreover, it was a non-refundable booking, and I ended up losing ₹6,146. It's extremely frustrating and unacceptable that MakeMyTrip allows such misleading listings on their platform. This feels like a case of outright cheating. I strongly advise others not to trust such platforms blindly. Rajesh Singh: Booking id- NH******7524
