Very good room and service. We booked a Super Deluxe AC room and it was pretty affordable. Bathroom is fantastic. No hot water woes unlike other hotels, it will come till 10.30am. Service is fast and staff is courteous. In house food is decent. Value for money

The room services were okay, but the rates were too high compared to the facilities provided. Many of the services mentioned by the hotel were not actually available. There was a problem with hot water — it was only available in the morning, not in the evening or at night, which is inconvenient in such a cold atmosphere. The pillow covers were dirty, with visible stains and hair on them. However, the food at the hotel was good.

Terrible Stay

Approach road to the hotel was bad. This is built in a chawl or building on the 2nd floor. There are residents as well. The passage is very narrow. No lift. Bad smell. The hotel did not refund our amount when we wanted to cancel. We had booked 2 family rooms for 8 persons. So we had no choice but to stay. However staff and food was good.
