The hotel photos showed something different and the room was also something different. The door of the room was broken and there was no hot water arrangement. The staff's behavior was also bad.

I had a disappointing experience at this homestay. The location is not ideal — it’s inside a crowded society and narrow lanes, which made access difficult. There is no parking facility, the room was very small, and the bedsheet was not clean. The bathroom was extremely cramped, and the AC was not working during my stay. Overall, it did not meet my expectations and was uncomfortable.

Good place to stay with family market is near by not so much crowded. Property owner was helpful in getting things arranged

The heater is not working properly.Hotel is perfect for stay but you can't bathe any time in cold weather (any time).

if we will ₹565 as per person the rooms are really good the location is not real nor the pic of make my trip u have to call the property owner he is good will guide u to the hotel . we got towel soap and drinking water . room are small compared to what told in the descriptions. rest at last it is a budget stay very close to nakii lake ,if u are a student or budget traveller,take this hotel

The quality of the property was extremely disappointing. Instead of the spacious and comfortable deluxe room that was advertised, i was given a tiny room with a narrow staircase that was far from satisfactory. The overall experience was so unsatisfactory that i would rate it a zero. I informed the property owner about my desire to change rooms, but the hotel owner was extremely rude and directly refused, insisting that i do not check into the room at all.

Owner was not cooperative. Very rude. I recommend people to not book this hotel. Very bad

Hotel owner is very good, guide and help us in through out the staying. Room are clear and hygienic.
