There is no wifi in the room and water is not coming in the shower. I felt very bad in this room. I shall never recommend anyone to stay in this hotel again. Bad quality was also very bad, the sheets and blankets were dusty. I had a very bad experience with this hotel.

compare to photo rooms are not up to mark. partition in between too rooms. i hear anoring of other person in my rooms. there is no privecy for couple at all. hotel is quite old and not at all like herritage . but for low budgaet persion it is ok. staff was quite good and easy to access.

You will never regret staying at hotel sanand heritage during your visit to mount abu. The ambience of the hotel is homely. It has garden, rooftop sitting, open area dining, famous nakki lake view, garden and all these facilities you will have in the city centre. The hotel location is quite accessible, it is in the main market at the city centre, but the hotel is made like that it feels away from the city area. Best part is the staff, they are very polite and friendly. Value for money.

Only the location was a plus. Rather than that it was an okay-okay kind of stay. Geyser was not working, washroom was not proper. It was a very average Hotel overall.
