    Pathetic food, bad rooms, OK service, unkept infrastructure The rooms smell bad. It was looking like a servant outhouse. While booking they don't tell you there is no valley view. The wall from room till breakfast is long .. Bad

    Very poor service for on line booking Guest, they are not good people, Money eater, no Service, poor food, no Ro water, they want only tip, money. Biggest cheater in Hotel industry. I also recommended that all on line booking company should boycott this Hotel

    It's very worst experience for me & my family. Please don't book ever forever. Hotel new wing room are just like I cancil my booking within 1 hour's of check In. It's not an heritage place it's horrible place. No security No clearing in room.

    A superb location in spacious grounds overlooking Nakki Lake. However, we were disappointed to find that our rooms were not in the main hotel building but in a sort of 'motel' building in the grounds. The rooms were spartan and desperately in need of upgrading. The manager told us he has a large budget to carry out a modernisation programme in the coming years. If this is carried out this could be a great hotel ... But it isn't at the moment.

    Located at top of hillock, the property offers fantastic views. The property is beautifully maintained but without the grandeur of a royal heritage house. It is at a steep rise from the market, so be prepared for a hike if you do not have a vehicle. The food is good if slightly high priced. The toiletries and towels could have been better though. Would visit again for the views
