excellent service, excellent food, clean and hygienic rooms and bathroom ,nice location ,cordial and hospitable staff...

Mount Abu being a hill station, any location there looks lovely. But the location of this hotel is better than most. Walking distance from a lake, very near to taxi and bus stand, and very cool surroundings. Food and service is also too good considering the cost. Clean rooms and quick services would be my highlight.

The hotel staff was very good. Rooms were okay. Food was also okay. some things could have been better. The best part is that you can get scooty also on rent from the hotel itself.

The rooms were very spacious. The location is very prime, walking distance from Nakki Lake. They arranged for car at a very reasonable price. The restaurant named Bhikky's provided very good quality food. Overall, it was an awesome stay at a very reasonable deal. Must visit this place.

The owner was very cooperative and helpful, staff was good but staff was not aware of things, requested for return drop taxi at station and got us shared taxi at rate of private one! overall good stay and recommended.

Location : Walking Distance to Nakki Lake and Market. Food : Food was decent but quite expensive. Amenities: All Basic Utility Available (except Package drinking water, Dental Kit) Service : Hotel Staff was cooperative.

The hotel staff were very kind and helpful, facilities were excellent, and their service felt genuine, not money-oriented. Truly a pleasant stay.

I booked this stay for 2 consecutive days on the weekend and the rates went high on weekend only ,otherwise it's a good hotel for family and couples, pricing is a bit higher but you will love your stay peaceful, good location , in house restaurant, staff behaviour was so good , room service was quiet good , just one thing I want to add is hot water facility have timings like from 6am to 6pm which is a bit negetive point like if you roam around the city for whole day and want to take bath at night then you don't have option for hot shower ,you only have cold water coming from taps!! overall it's a great stay !

Hotel atmosphere is good ,good place in mount abu for stay near by nakki lake, but room condition is average.

The best hotel for families and couples, The staff is very good., I will stay here every time whenever I go to Mount abu.

The location of Property is nearer to Main Market which is plus point. In terms of food, Gujarati & Punjabi Food is amazing, other than that its average. Amenities are okayish as its just basic things/service they provide. Talking about Service, I think with such price, it should be better as fans speed were inconsistent, bathroom is small, the toileteries are substandard. The main lobby and waiting area gives you feel of Lodge. The curtain in washroom was dirty. So there is scope of improvement as it is decent hotel but can be very good budget friendly one. Don't go in festival times as their price get hiked to such level that its not advisable to pay such hefty amount for such hotel. Management is good.

Wifi is not working well... Bed is small in size (Queen). No cattle provided. It's not worth the price. My overall experience is somewhat okay to good
