It was a pleasant experience overall. It is at a good location. Food is tasty and is freshly prepared and served hot always. The owner Mr. Kushwant is very responsive and was always a call away for any queries, assistance. He always provided very prompt response and picked up his phone even at 7 am in the morning when we called him on reaching. He was kind enough and arranged a very good taxi for us which we took to Mount Abu for a day's trip and also arranged us auto for our drop at the railway station. Mr. Kundan is a helpful person and is our primary contact person for any kind of assistance we needed during our stay for absolutely anything. Things to improve - cleanliness of the room can be improved. Also, I think overall it was not so much value for money for us (maybe we booked during the long weekend).

The stay was pleasant. The property is new and still under construction but it didn’t affect our stay. The staff were very helpful. We have a 20-month-old son who was taken care of whenever we were having food. The food was also tasty and up to the mark. The room was spacious and very nice. It was my husband’s birthday, so they decorated our room and provided a candlelight dinner too. We often called the staff for clicking pictures. It was a good experience to stay here. The atmosphere was very calm and quiet, which gave us more memorable moments. Thanks for making our stay and birthday memorable.

My stay in the resort was excellent. Mr. Pukhraj welcomed and guided us throughout our stay. The property is well maintained including garden, pool, games area, dining area, kids area, and the bonfire offered by the resort was really appreciable. Staff was polite and service is quick and prompt. The taste of food is good and a variety of dishes were served. The crocodile viewpoint is just a walking distance away. Such a peaceful area. Sh. Kushwant Ji, the owner, is down to earth and very cooperative. This is a must-visit property at Jawai and deserves more than 5 stars.
