Poor Stay

The property was in a village location far from the main jawai, and there was only us in the entire resort. There was a single staff for everything and the setup was very unprofessional. They didn't even have a security guard at the gate.

coupleWe booked the cottage with private pool, thought we called them to prepare the pool and keep the room and clean and tidy but when we reached none of things done. The room was not prepared nor the pool we booked the pool cottage but not able to use. We just paid hefty amount for the sheer waste.
