One Earth A Leopard Park, Jawai

Couple Hotel property is with good view. Rooms are big and clean. But best part of my stay was its food from chef (kailash & love) and the service by restaurant staff was over whelming (Jahanara & Janaya) Rooms dont have mirror, kettle, hair dryer which was mentioned in the amenities. rest all was good

Pathetic stay and very worse service They have only 15 rooms but there were no staff No one is listening problems No proper room service , no proper house keeping , there isnt any amenities Yes it was under constructed and without staff hotel you can not tell it resort They didnt listen they even not providing room service from hotel they dont have cold milk they dont have facility for back up electricity.. I am very disappointed I am not going to book further any property

My stay at this resort in Jawai was a complete letdown. First, we were given a room with no water in the washroom. After complaining, they moved us to a room that felt like a storage space—stuffed with extra items and smelling terrible. The next room had a non-working AC. Finally, we were shifted back to the first room, now with water, but the washroom flooded after every use and stank badly. The foul smell spread into the room, and we had to spend the night in that condition. Housekeeping took over an hour to respond, and the same problem continued the next morning. The pool was dirty and clearly not maintained. The restaurant had very limited staff and hardly any food options. No menu was provided in the room—you had to call each time just to ask what’s available. Overall, the property is poorly managed, with bad maintenance and slow service. . Definitely not recommended.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this property, and I must say it was a truly delightful experience. The property is situated in a very convenient and accessible location. Room service was prompt and the staff was happy to accommodate dietary requests. The property offers all the modern amenities you’d expect from a quality stay. The rooms were well-equipped with everything from high-speed Wi-Fi. They have an infinity pool which was well-maintained and have beautiful view.
