It was not value for money. Bed and mattresses not clean, ambience poor. Not worth visiting hill station in holiday

This location is very poor and room is not complete clean. And no tv connection. Inside room no mobile network connect. This room charge is not satisfied.

Pathetic stay. Room was ok but room service was terrible. Flush did not work during the whole time of my stay even after repeated requests to repair it staff did not do it.

Service was nice but that hotel is not for family, room was not good as per images and water leakage on bathroom.

Rooms were dirty with insects, and there was no proper parking facilities also in have booked for ac deluxe rooms but they did not provided water bottles and washrooms water supplies was not working properly for every single thing we need to ask them and request to provide. Overall hospitality was 0 star.

Absolutely pathetic hotel no cleanliness, uncooperative staff not even received clean towels and blankets, unclean toilets, i went with small child i regret staying there, i would like a refund from the hotel. Guys do not book this pictures are misleading

Hotel management person are not well i have booked ac room but hotel given me non ac room after a i hove complain but are all person not given per-fact answer also not changed my room

Very bad experience. Nothing was available in wash room like brush, other kits. No one came for room service. Overall terrible service. No comforters. Bed sheets are dirty no change after insisting. No parking facility also. No set up box. Please refund me in my account as i did not availed worthful room as for which i paid

I regret to inform you that our recent hotel stay did not meet our expectations in terms of service quality. During our stay, we encountered several issues: 1. Non-veg food was not permitted despite the hotel claiming to have a restaurant. 2. The bathroom tap was broken, and hot water was unavailable. 3. Despite being promised a restaurant on-site, we were directed to a local shop for our meals. 4. The room's air conditioning unit was malfunctioning, and there was water leakage. 5. The staff's cooperation was lacking, and room service was subpar. 6. Additionally, the booking indicated there would be a small fridge in the room, but this was not provided upon inquiry. 5. The room service and cleanliness of the place was as i expected it to be and the atmosphere was also more welcoming. The view from the room was a bit bad but i can live with it as i was only staying overnight

Small town hotel with limited facilities, rigid staff members. Too much expensive, rates did not justify the hospitality and service.

It's awesome hotel and services, property's food and staff is very polite, they all thing suggested me to what to do.

Pros: helpful staff and decent location from city cons: the rooms are bit under average and also not exactly like the photos, the condition of the accesories in room are old, the air conditioner was throwing water and the bathroom handles were coming out.
