Room cleaning and location is too good and room service is also good ,,,

The hotel is not that great, the service and rooms are pathetic. I was very very disappointed with the stay at this property.

Experience was not good. Ice cubes were served in dirty bowls. Toiletries were not there. Shower was broken. Terrible crowd. Bad rooms overall

It was an excellent stay with good room and amenities. Room Service, maintenance etc were excellent. The food was extraordinary. Tour Travel guidance and arrangements were provided at reasonable rates. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

We were put up at this hotel for three days. The staff were very helpful. They infact kept dinner for us till midnight, as we reached the hotel late on our first day. The food served was homemade and didn't feel we are eating in a hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. The hot water was plentiful, as it was very cold outside. The location of the hotel is very close to mall road, an approximate 5 minutes walk. All in all we were very happy with the hotel. The view is great

We recently stayed at this property on my two days stay at Mount abu. We must say this is extremely superb place, from hotel lobby to room to restaurants all are very well designed. The interior design is very good. My family had their dinner in restaurant which was delicious. Reception staff has taken very well care of my family and always ready to serve and assist. At the end I would like to say all the best and will be back in near future. Cheers.

Hotel mamta palace one of the best properties near nakki Lake & sunset point .hotel is on prime location.rooms cleaning is good 💯 I am well satisfied.all staff is good 😊 food is also tasty i recommend to all my friends .

Hotel charges were per night but I charged more. The condition of room is so bad that I have changed room thrice to get adjusted. I lodged a complain with make my trip, hope to get response on this mistake. Rajiv Mittal
