I stayed at Hotel Always Welcome during my Mount Abu trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were very polite and helpful. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The only downside was that the food was quite expensive compared to the quantity. Apart from that, everything was great - a good place to stay in Mount Abu.🏔️

Worst Experience - No Facilities- Fake Images

Where do I even begin? If I could give this place zero stars, I would. First of all, the room looked nothing like the photos online. The matress was stained, the walls were peeling, The smell was a toxic mix of mildew, and regret. The bed felt like it was made out of concrete and I found hair (not mine!) in the sheets. Clearly, the cleaning staff is either blind or just doesn’t care. Speaking of which, I saw one of them using the same rag to wipe the toilet and the drinking glasses. Yes, really. And don’t get me started on the staff. Rude, unhelpful, and completely indifferent to any complaints. When I asked for a different room, they told me I should be “grateful it’s not worse.” Um, excuse me? “breakfast” consisted of stale poha, a shriveled idli, and tea that tasted like it was filtered through a dirty jar. Final verdict: This place should be condemned, not booked. Stay here only if you enjoy being miserable, sleep-deprived, and possibly infected with something unidentifiable.

They did not provide mineral drinking water and there were no water glasses. They did not even provide parking space. They did not even put bath towels in the room. They had to call the front desk and ask for them The service was bad.

The man sitting at the hotel reception doesn't know how to talk and didn't give me a room as per the room photo and showed me two rooms and said select one of these, I don't have any room other than this, third class behavior, the rest of the staff is good, smooth, the uncle sitting at the reception is like Abu, everything is his, if you want to keep the room, keep it, otherwise go to the place where you booked and complain, I didn't give you money, you go wherever you want to go, this was the behavior

Don’t get Mislead by Photos, Moist rooms & Smallest Bathrooms & Kind Staff

Below Average experience, staff behaviour is good but the property is very poor. Room size is ok ok ,but furniture quality is very poor. Whole room is full of moisture. And about the bathrooms!! I don’t have seen that much small bathroom than this. The photos of the property on the Google and on MMT are quite misleading.

The hotel is old and there is no lift for guests. The stairs are very risky for kids. Not recommended if you are staying with family. Also there is a stark difference in what you see in pictures and what rooms you get in reality
