They did not provide mineral drinking water and there were no water glasses. They did not even provide parking space. They did not even put bath towels in the room. They had to call the front desk and ask for them The service was bad.

The man sitting at the hotel reception doesn't know how to talk and didn't give me a room as per the room photo and showed me two rooms and said select one of these, I don't have any room other than this, third class behavior, the rest of the staff is good, smooth, the uncle sitting at the reception is like Abu, everything is his, if you want to keep the room, keep it, otherwise go to the place where you booked and complain, I didn't give you money, you go wherever you want to go, this was the behavior

Don’t get Mislead by Photos, Moist rooms & Smallest Bathrooms & Kind Staff

Below Average experience, staff behaviour is good but the property is very poor. Room size is ok ok ,but furniture quality is very poor. Whole room is full of moisture. And about the bathrooms!! I don’t have seen that much small bathroom than this. The photos of the property on the Google and on MMT are quite misleading.

The hotel is old and there is no lift for guests. The stairs are very risky for kids. Not recommended if you are staying with family. Also there is a stark difference in what you see in pictures and what rooms you get in reality

Expected More from MMT but this Hotel not at par !!

1. Room Allotment Issues: We were given rooms on the second floor of the hotel, which has no lift facility. This caused great difficulty for senior citizens and toddlers in our group. The hotel staff showed no willingness to support or help resolve the issue. 2. Room Cleanliness and Amenities: Upon check-in, the rooms were unclean and lacked basic amenities. We had to request the hotel staff to clean the rooms again and provide essentials that should have already been arranged. 3. Breakfast Management: The hotel staff called us repeatedly in the morning, pressuring us to come for breakfast. We were told that if we were even 10 minutes late, the breakfast would be wasted. However, the breakfast had just three items, including only bread and butter—not acceptable for a paid meal. 4. Massive Overcharging and Misleading Information: This is the most alarming issue. We were charged per room per night through MMT

Wasted Money !! MMT rate cartel !!

I have booked the hotel for a family trip to Mount Abu for 2 nights.. Total 4 rooms through MMT !! We have been allotted rooms at 2nd floor !! The hotel don’t have lift !! Tough for senior citizen and toddlers but the hotel team is pathetic and saying it’s like this. Next to it the rooms were not cleaned and we asked Hotel team to clean the room again as well as put basic things in place. Next day we got 3-4 calls from hotel for breakfast, when I asked, he told me that if we late by 10 mins it will be wasted. When I saw there are only 3 items out of that 1 was bread-butter!! Wondering how it could be wasted !! Big problem is MMT Mis-guiding the rates and correct review and pictures!! Actual cost of this hotel is only 1100 to 1500 bucks but MMT charged 4000 per night !!
