Review Of Hotel Mamta Palace, 500 meters from nakki lake

I have to recommend to couple or family to stay this hotel, because stay is very helpful and management is to good.

HOTEL IS LOCATED QUITE SCENIC LOCATION NEAR TO BUS STAND AND NAKKI LAKE. ROOMS WALLS ARE LITTLE SHABBY AND NEED IMMEDIATE REPAIR. BUT OTHERWISE ROOM AND BATHROOM ATE CLEAN. STAFF BEHAVIOR VERY GOOD AND ATTENTIVE. I WILL RECOMEND THIS TO MY FRIENDS

location is good.but amenities is not up to mark.Basic facilities not available.Condition of bathroom and room is not good as per price.Bed roll was not good.Food manageable.

Staff was very polite and friendly. Situated at a very nice location, all the local attractions are quite nearby.

Hotel staff and MMT COUSTOMER CARE agent both are rude and not solve my problem.. this is my first n last booking through MMT.. never ever booking through MMT app

Property photo in make my trip are different and actual rooms are not at all maintained and too small.

Mamata Palace Hotel is situated in a good location. They have a facility to accommodate our driver along with parking facilities.

Location is okay , food is beyond verse - best advice don’t add breakfast too, amenities- disgusting, roof leakage, no washroom toiletries, fungus on sheets , no changing in sheets even after asking , damaged hotel from inside , opposite of showing in photographs, wrong information about telling hotel is 3 star , hotel looks poor in class like Rs 500/- hotels on railway station, service is poor with no response to calls , landline not working , light goes off in night and day for around 1-2 hours . Stayed in hotel from 5-7 sep 2025.

room and bathroom good and comfortable and staffs are good behavior. breakfast was good.bathroom cleaned ,geyser available .Room and bathroom mirror nice and mount view from window so good.

very bad bed sheet and blinkit and all roof hotel room drain rain water very bad cleaning in the room no service & hot water gyser no kettle I all of you advice very very bad hotel please not go there
