Dirty rooms. The rooms were crawling with cockroaches. The bath towels were dirty. No lift available, I had two senior citizens with me. Not at all suitable for senior citizens to climb steep 30-40 steps. The staff is polite but they need to get the property pest controlled and clean their property. So much dust and dustballs around the bed.

The bedsheets were not clean and the washroom was also not clean, Not as good as it is shown in photos

Worst experience ever had in any hotel stay, not worth of a single penny.bathroom were dirty and very small size of room.
