ac rooms are big compared to non-ac room, but in real both rooma are having same size.

Was travelling with my family this week and spent couple of nights. Overall the staff is very friendly and the location is amazing very close to Nakki Lake.

Great location, very close to Nakki Lake (2 min. Walk). I got it from MMT at an absolute value for money price and you can't find better place to stay with AC (even though didn't need to use it) and free breakfast. Rooms are small but very cozy with decent interiors, TV, closet, dressing table and Bathroom is good with 24 hours hot/cold water in shower and basin. In free breakfast you get tea, and Aalu paratha or bread/butter or Poha or Upma (Aalu paratha is best). They don't have a 24 hour kitchen and have limited items in menu but can arrange pickup from nearby restaurants. Well a good place to stay at the price. Only reason I didn't gave a 5-star is that during my 3 nights stay, housekeeping was done in room but bathroom was not cleaned properly or not done at all. And yes, the check-in was real smooth. I only had to tell my name and was sent straight to my room, ID verification was done at my room, its convenient when you reach there tired after hours of journey. Good stay.
