No parking facility available,Room is very small & also no lift is available there

As per booking and as per physical both view change, though booking of 3 adult and 1 child , there is no space as per booking, even after make my trip person and property person is asking for upgrade, mu question os that when i booked and paid for 4 person then i must get space for the same

This was by far the worst hotel I've stayed in. The room was extremely small and did not match the size or type shown during booking. The cleanliness was awful — dirty floors, dusty cupboards, unhygienic bathroom, and even a cockroach roaming around the room (I have screenshots). The TV didn’t work, and staff showed no responsibility or interest in fixing anything. Very disappointed. Not worth the money Avoid this place.

This is my worst experience ... Because, I have some circumstances on trip days and Wanted to reschedule but they demand more money even though I already paid charges. on my reschedule date hotel rooms are available with cheaper rate that already paid by me. so, it's we face very bed experience

Food i didn't order location was fine Amenities and services are not good there was a specific time in the morning for hot water You need to ask to switch on the geyser which is in the general washroom and you need to go to the bath in there...they provide us family room which has two bedrooms interconnected and asked to use the washroom which was just in front if the room as our second washroom and that was staff washroom.... bathroom are not clean enough....rooms are very small and conjusted...no proper ventilation....they provide us 3 towels in our first day and we are 5 people ..second day they gave us only 2 and said the laundary is delayed....they charged 30 rs for a 20 rs bisleri water bottle. One good thing is the owner let us checkout late at 12 pm instead of 10 as we requested.

Bekar hotel sardard ho rah a hai uski bjeh se room chhote h khidki bhi nhi hai booking time kuchh auro dikhta hai

Hotal is very close to the nakki lake otherwise this hotal is disaster i am not satisfied with there response and services not recommend to anyone.

Rates are higher depending on the property. Toilets and room were not hygienic. But the staff is very supportive
