Food,staff all was good, they have a room which has stairs , generally this will not be in any hotel, I missed the steps and hurt my legs badly, it was in night so cannot seek help too

Terrible Stay

The stay was pathetic. No basic amenities were provided. Rooms didn't have any cupboards. Paying 8k per night i am really cheated. It's not a hotel better they can call it a lodge.

Good hotel from all aspects except lack of lift facility

familyI had a single night stay at mt abu. So it was a brief stay at karnavati. But it was good enough. Room was on 2nd floor without a lift. But it was not a big problem for us, although senior citizens be alert. Service, foods and room were good. The complimentary breakfast was given at hotel hillock, the parent hotel. Awesome food quality, we liked it very much. Had our car parked in the hotel itself. The backyard garden is an additional entertainment.
