**Property & Food Services:**
The service is extremely slow, often requiring multiple follow-up calls. Their landline is not operational, so staff provide personal contact numbers and communicate only via WhatsApp — and even then, they respond at their convenience.
**Room Conditions:**
The room was in a terrible state. I was given a standard AC room with a broken wardrobe — the doors were loose and could fall at any moment, posing a safety hazard. The bathroom had large cockroaches, which felt like unwelcome extra guests.
**Amenities & Hygiene:**
Basic services were severely lacking. Hot water is only available between 7 and 9 AM. There was no drinking water provided, and complimentary toiletries were missing. The rooms had a strong, unpleasant odor, and the bedsheets and blanket covers were not clean.
**Connectivity:**
The property has almost no mobile network coverage, and their Wi-Fi is so poor that even sending a simple WhatsApp message becomes a challenge. It's essentially a complete network dead zone.
**Overall Experience:**
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. The lack of basic hygiene, poor service, and inadequate facilities made the stay extremely disappointing.
