I had a wonderful stay at this charming hotel! The warm ambiance instantly made me feel at home. The staff was exceptional—cooperative, attentive, and always ready to assist with a smile. From check-in to departure, their professionalism and kindness stood out. The rooms were clean, cozy, and well-maintained, ensuring a comfortable stay. Worst experience ever , was refused even the drinking packaged water bottle , and was asked to fill the water from filthy water container kept in open raining condition.

My stay ay hotel Ganesh on 7 Oct. Was a big letdown. The hotel was not at all worth it you can find similar hotels at much lesser price. The hotel was not clean at all, the staff was indifferent and my experience was not at all good. The pics shown and the hotel, in reality, were totally different.

Instead of refrigerator if they provide geyser in room then it was nice combination of hill station and hot water.

Rooms were not clean enough. Bed sheet was torn. Layers of dust on water jug and the tray on which the tea was served. Not recommended.

Very bad Hotel, bad food, staff behavior was not good, light goes many times and Hotel don't have a generator. A. C. Was also having a leakage. Location is also not good. Zero star to this Hotel. Not recommended to anyone

We stayed here before 1 yr. Was good experience. Staff is well cooperative. Its good for family too. This property has own garden where you can spend time evening rather than to go out in crowd.

Average. Kitchen is very dirty. It should be improved immediately. Overall it's OK.

Hotel Ganesh, is more of a guest house. As they say looks can be deceiving. The location of the hotel is below average. Food limited to veg only and few things in menu are available if ordered in minimum quantity. Definitely not value for money. Better options available at same or less price.

Location is very good. It is in walking distance from Nakki lake. Only stay, there are no other facilities.

First of all location mentioned on MMT map is fully wrong. In fact it is in the end of market. Where you can find any good hotel in this price. It is in a street. The way to this hotel is pathetic. Rooms are small. No view no chair. Bathrooms were very dirty. It looks like a 800 rs. Guest house. It is not 2000 rs. Hotel room. Extreme disturbance in night. No professional service persons. Only few children do job of waiters. Food was good. Service waS OK. But demands money for everything

Our stay at hotel Ganesh was pleasant. The rooms were in good shape. The attenders were on their toes to help us throughout our stay. Give food a miss here. There are many eateries outside the hotel which serves good food at same price. Locating this place can be a challenge but that can be sorted by just giving a call to the hotel. The stairs leading to hotel requires some attention but apart from that it's a good place to stay for budget travellers.
