Review Of Shyam Villa by Ashoka (Nakki Lake 150 mtr.)

Staff behaviour is well , room condition is not up to the mark as per standard need to improve . Bathroom exhaust fan is not working

1. AC was deliberately switched off during stay despite electricity was available 2.Room was smelling as hell. 3. Water wasn’t put in smelly jugs.

Facility of breakfast n food was not available because cook was out of station. No bathroom kit was provided.

Average facility no parking book for three person 2+1 but no additional bed given no mineral water no kitchen facility they arrange food from third party

It was an average experience. Staff was very polite. But the hospitality was not so good and bathroom service was poor. Overall it was average.

The rooms are average, but as a budget this hotel is suitable for low budget, and the service is not too good

at time of check in say non AC rooms are not in our hotel this is by mistake showing this room so you have to pay ₹600 for AC and for child 12 yr 700 extra( because the price shown is also by mistake) so before check in you have to pay 1300 extra. cheap people room size is small .hotel is in narrow street car can not go there you have to walk with luggage however location and interior is good.

Central location. Well maintained rooms. Just kne thing. They should install geyser in bathroom so that customers can use hot water whenever they want.

Nice place to stay and explore. Staff was cooperative and everything was available nearby and at the place itself.

Booking date 10-11 bt by mistake 9-10 and i call hotel person by not refund my money so my expreance is so bed for this hotel menagment.

Location say-ed 150 min from nakki lake but around 1 km from hotel and not like 2 start hotel serves loose water and bedsheets are dirty and not clean like a 2 satar hotel

Room is average no parking facilities average service. Communication is ok

If the room is not good for 1 day, then the water is good, then i changed the room for 2 days, why it was a good room. In the room for 1 day, the water tap was also broken. The water was getting heavier. Room service is very good. Staff support is very good.

Not recommended for family, no proper space for parking vehicle will remain out and hotel is in small lane

Very well maintained hotel and rooms. All the staff were very friendly and courteous, we checked in around at 11:45 pm after a long traveling we were so hungry and out side all the restaurant were closed but they arranged food and it was too delicious, next day they arranged two wheeler for us and it's near to market and all the visiting places, i would always like myself and also recommend my friends to stay in this hotel.
