Royal Garden Retreat Resort & Swimming pool

Location is good Property is good but swimming pool is dirty Food quality is average and he is charged extra money menu's price

Room was not as shown in picture (sofa) was missing, further it was raining throughout and internet and T.V was not working. Beds were very noisy for a price of eight thousand plus without breakfast atleast these basic facilities should be above par.

Don't sajest any one because cottages in bed condition rain water coming out in throo to roof and room no 203 so dirty

Found the property location on Make my Trip. They upgraded our room to a wooden cottage free of cost. The staff is good ( special mention of Mr Natawar and Mr Umed). Food is also nice. Overall a very good experience

Overall everything is good like property, location area, specially staff and services. But food taste is not good. Yes may be we are dudhadi Rajasthani and our taste is different

It was the worst experience I ever experienced with any hotel. Pictures shown and actual room conditions were totally opposite. We booked there suite with balcony and breakfast, first thing it is just a ground floor so, that was not a balcony it was just a closed enclosure with view of rock in your face and stinking smell of drainage and cow dung. Than in pictures showed good light toned and clean interior but everything was old damaged and dirty. This room doesn’t worth more than including taxes but we were charged 4 times. Now at next day morning at time of breakfast we got a call saying if you want breakfast which we have already paid for than we have to go to there other property named as Royal palace mount Abu or else buy from there menu and pay. Some we managed to reach there other property and the experience got worse. Food smelled stale and sitting area was dirty and staff was so ungrateful and arrogant. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and suggest make my trip to delist these kind of hotels so that vacation of some families are not ruined.

Food was excellent. However the room which we had booked cottage deluxe was not pleasing. we took an upgrade to a super deluxe room which was excellent..overall good experience.

Very good place to enjoy with family. Food quality is also superb. Swimming pool was clean and safe. Well maintained garden.

The service was expecting and the leople who works there are very genuine. My wife got sick at around 2’o clock at night. I asked them nearest medical store. They arranged medicine without taking money.

Hotel staff is supportive and arranged good quality foods in dinner and breakfast. Overall good experience.

They put beautiful pictures of the hotel to lure the first time visitors. there were open alums in the surroundings of the hotel. In the so-called shabby garden. Not at all a hotel for family.

This groups another hotel royal palace is comfortable for stay rooms are precious and location is beautiful

Experience was worst. Washroom’s were not clean and room cleaning was not proper. They have child labourers. Food was not good and services were not proper and rude behaviour

We had a very good stay at this property located at a very perfect area close to the market yet very peaceful. The room are very comfortable and the staff are very helpful we had a lovely bonfire night. The food is very delicious. Overall a wonderful stay and would love to visit again
