Terrific experience, very good hotel. it looks the same in reality as projected in photos. Mr. Mathew Chacko and staff provided great hospitality, he is always there to assist you.

Very nice and peaceful place to stay. Staff is very helpful and courteous. They helped in arranging a bike on rent and next day a cab for my travel ahead. Veg Food was very nice and tasty.

Overall Great Experience. Someone from the hotel saw we were stepping down from the Cab and they immediately came to pick up bags , Supportive Staff. Especially the Receptionist, We couldn't get the name of the gentleman but he was really approachable and went Extra miles to ensure we have a Good Stay. Rooms are Spacious with Large TV . Due to Rainy Season Bed felt little Wet but this issue is there in every Hotel in Mount Abu. So Overall it was the Best Experience.

The hotel's location was also perfect near to sunset point and Nakki Lake and market .offering easy access to the city's attractions. No buffet breakfast. Limited food items were available. Location are closer to nakki lake.

Location is good. We can walk to nakhi lake easily. They can improve the facilities. We did not get towel so we asked. We are also expecting brush and toothpaste when we pay for a day.

Location is perfect, close to nakki lake basic amenties and service was good food was ok, not great

The beds were not very clean, the staff however was friendly. But the cab that hotel receptionist booked for us was stopped in between the journey and we were asked to vacate it, a whole confusion about union and everything. This spoiled our mood.

It was a very pleasant and nice stay for 3 days and 2 nights. All the staff of the hotel is very helpful in anytime anything we will definitely stay there on our next visit
