A pleasant stay. Best for couple. The outer hilltop view and garden is best of it's kind.

A suggestion :- Don't hire a bike direct from hotel. Instead you have to hire it from market directly. It will be cheaper and convenient.

No ventilation in the room (109),
AC and heater is not allowed in hilly areas as told by manager than why AC is mentioned in hotel amenities.
Tasteless food, very limited options in breakfast and dinner.

We went to toppers corner, with family, checked in at 10th Feb and checked out the other day, 11th Feb' 18. We opted for the family rooms.
We were allotted rooms and the service was quick.
Everything was pretty good, as expected.
For evening we decided to have our dinner at hotel only. We placed our order and were told that our order will be ready in about an hour. But after an hour, the order wasn't ready, while we still waited at the dining area.
In short, the service was very poor. It seemed to be shortage of staff and it seemed to be unprofessional, we had to leave dinner due to poor service.
We raised our concerns with the manager and staff, and they were apologetic for this and assured us that the matter will be looked into.
This small incident ruined our dinner mood. At the time of checkout, the dinner bill was explained to us and the unsaved food items were not charged to us, also, the cost of the starter items were discounted to 50 percent.
Rest of the stay experience was good and the staff did try their best to make our stay comfortable.
Let me clearly put the experience into the pros and cons.
- rooms are clean and well maintained.
- the manager is friendly and co-operative.
- good property and location.
- avoid ordering food from their restaurant, it is not proper in taste and quantity and doesn't justify the price, and yes, it will take a lot of time.
- housekeeping hesitates giving extra towels in case needed.
- need some more staff members to serve the guest requests pertaining to food.
- in case if you are not ready to serve food in time, admit it and inform guests as soon as possible.

Small place .. Quiet location ,.. Nice children play area is available which is plus point of this hotel. Interiors is nice at some places ... It was overall pleasant stay, location is good, but could improvise in some facilities ... Staff seemed friendly and helping ..
