Hotel Castle Rock Mount Abu by SAH

The view was amazing, the food was delicious and the people were so cooperative. Overall I loved the location and the only problem was the electricity rest were amazing.

Very bad experience at Hotel Castle Rock, Mount Abu. Manager and staff were extremely rude, no proper room service, no drinking water bottles provided. Totally unprofessional and not worth the money.

no complimentary water bottle, no phone to connect to reception, I booked 2 rooms in wash basin only hot water tab is working cause of which I burn my hand, no toilet washer tab is working. charging this much for the room and this much terrible service i experienced first time ever.

The stay was good and the room could be better the cleaning was a slight issue and the bathroom a bit smelly but over all the satay was good the staff was friendly and polite.

Not the best too cold in the rooms both rooms had insects. They upgraded us to delux room due to noise of rats. Bed bugs found in the rooms poor quality mattress. Charged 1000 extra for providing heater for two nights. Service was good food was good. Overall no recommended.

The hotel is good, ambience, veranda garden view, open space, food is all good. But when it is chilling cold outside and you want to take bath with hot water in the bathroom, expect to get just 1 bucket of luke warm water that too after a wait of 30 mins. I was alone staying in the room so could somehow manage but if you are a couple or family, be prepared for cold water bath challenge. I can say this because i stayed for 3 nights and 4 days of bathing, shifted 2 diff rooms but its the same. Thank you.

I would like to share my review of the hotel. My experience was absolutely excellent. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm hospitality and professionalism of the staff. The rooms were terribly cold. No room heater or a. C. Was there to control the temperature. The roomrent was 5000/ you have taken 8000. We were not able to stay, so demanded the return of the room rent. They did not agree. Please give back my hard er an money to the bank account from where the payment had been done. We had to find a different hotel with better facilities within the same budget, for our stay. We are leaving mount abu, disappointed and aggrieved.

The location of Hotel was absolutely beautiful, offering stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere. The staff was incredibly helpful and attentive, ensuring all my needs were met promptly. The cleanliness of the hotel was very disappointing. The washrooms were not cleaned properly, with no toiletries provided. Jet spray pipes and the area near the washbasin were in terrible condition, with vomit stains visible. It was clear that no proper cleaning had been done. I would strongly advise thoroughly inspecting the room's cleanliness before booking. While the outside view was pleasant, the state of the room made the stay unpleasant. Think twice before booking here.

Best place to stay in mount abu little far from the market and nakki lake but if you are looking for the best place for staycation then this property is for you.

The hotel is in a good location, the service and staff company is very good but the food was not good.
