Review Of SARASWATI ( Pure Vegetarian ) - A COMPLETE FAMILY HOTEL

I booked this stay for 2 consecutive days on the weekend and the rates went high on weekend only ,otherwise it's a good hotel for family and couples, pricing is a bit higher but you will love your stay peaceful, good location , in house restaurant, staff behaviour was so good , room service was quiet good , just one thing I want to add is hot water facility have timings like from 6am to 6pm which is a bit negetive point like if you roam around the city for whole day and want to take bath at night then you don't have option for hot shower ,you only have cold water coming from taps!! overall it's a great stay !

Hotel atmosphere is good ,good place in mount abu for stay near by nakki lake, but room condition is average.

The best hotel for families and couples, The staff is very good., I will stay here every time whenever I go to Mount abu.

The location of Property is nearer to Main Market which is plus point. In terms of food, Gujarati & Punjabi Food is amazing, other than that its average. Amenities are okayish as its just basic things/service they provide. Talking about Service, I think with such price, it should be better as fans speed were inconsistent, bathroom is small, the toileteries are substandard. The main lobby and waiting area gives you feel of Lodge. The curtain in washroom was dirty. So there is scope of improvement as it is decent hotel but can be very good budget friendly one. Don't go in festival times as their price get hiked to such level that its not advisable to pay such hefty amount for such hotel. Management is good.

Wifi is not working well... Bed is small in size (Queen). No cattle provided. It's not worth the price. My overall experience is somewhat okay to good

overall a good experience. Rooms are clean. The food available in their restaurant is good and tastes like home. The hotel is at walking distance to nakki Lake. best option if you visit abu with family and wants good food and nearby nakki Lake location

Stay was awesome. Staff is very polite and supportive. The best part of this hotel is quality of food. Food is very delicious.

Very small room and no lift in property

Hotel environment was safe & family friendly. Bhikky restaurant food was awesome in the taste.

Services of this hotel is average, 1. Room offered to me was below average and after discussion they give me some better room. 2. Room land line was not working properly. 3. Bathroom tap is configured incorrectly.

poor room service and bad smell comes from bed sheet and blanket, bathroom towel not available in bathroom

Non attentive staff and poor service they don't listen to the guest query and room service is very poor

The shower continues dropping in the bathroom. Mug handle broken. weird smell comes in bed and bedsheet. poor staff service. room not properly clean. they says deluxe room but it's below to average.

Staff is really calm and humble. Service is really good, the hotel premise, parking space all are managed well.
