Property is good but rooms are leakage by water, 2 km away from nakki lake, service is good, staffs are very genuine, good atmosphere.

a good hotel i have booked through make my trip App & the rooms was very clean and beautiful.. a little outside from Main area but not very much.. service are also good

There is no intercom e in room service is not appropriate, tv was not in working

Terrible washroom and service experience, Shower not working, Telephone not working it was not even possible to get water, No one was present at the reception to attend the guest request or queries

Zero marks out of 10. In one day stay 2 time water not there in the bathroom and hot water is also not there for bath. Pigeon nest is there in the bathroom. Anyone can open your room window you safety point of you not advisable. Food is also not good. Tariff is very high compared to facility and amenities.
