very old building and very bad room, no cleaning, pillow very bad condition, furniture very very bad condition

- unpleasant environment, - dirty washroom, - dirty and wet bedsheet, - room was completely different from images shown .

Tt was a terrible experience, and I terminated my stay at Ashoka in the middle. noting matches what was shown at at the time of booking.

the staff was not very understanding and pushy .the rooms stank like anything, the bedsheets were dirty and had stains when asked about it they said it's how it is. it's permanent stain and no solution was provided. the locks were not working. Services are poor, food quality very low, and behaviour of staff was very bad, rooms were not clean upto the mark that’s why I change my hotel

The location is awesome but the room situation is worse because firstly the lock is not there in the washroom secondly, tv has only 2 channel to watch and lastly the reception boys are staring us like anything when we go down or upstairs

Location is good no doubt , But Overall cleaning and maintenance is horrible. Food was good, but doesn't make sense when you have to stay with Dirty rooms, torn bedsheets. Washroom Exhaust fan not working, Lights have issues, TV not working, Although staff was cooperative and changed our room but could not help with similar issues in other room as well , I think Owners should look into the renovation as soon as possible. not recommended for now.

Nice Services, the staff is supportive, renovation required in rooms, over all Good one at this budget.

As per your discription hotel room is not Deluxe and television not working and not clean toilet and bathroom and electric switch borad also vey terrible

its worst experiance of my life , i was booked my trip through mzke my trip from last 10 year but i never have such type of terrible expiriance of hotel ashoka room was very bed condition AC not working, room and bathroom in very bad condition ,room service is terrible, not suitable for family only srander drink liquor in canteen , you should blacklist such type of hotel from make my trip list, we are booking on only your trust, if we lose trust in you we never book through make my trip ,hotel experiance is total wast of money, they stop our ac from receiption ,we hand over kry for cleaning but romm not clean during whole day, bathroom is very bed smail & bed condition,,we request you to black list this hotel from your list,if we see again thia hotel in your list we never book our any trip with you parrerally i will share review on hotel page also I have already shared my review, you should block such type of Terrible hotel if you continues with such type of hotel we never use your app in future for any type of booking

Ac not working No proper cleaning

Furniture was very bad conditions, AC not proper working.

I'm giving a review about hotel ashoka, Food is okay, room was not cleaned, price was average, location was good, staff was average, the surprise is that they not provide a bottle of water.

Nice hotel infrastructure, tea, and co operative staff. Need better cleanliness and hygiene and better hot water timing which currently is restricted to 7-9 AM.
