2 hours late check in and I have already complain and poor service of the hotel before room' guest bathroom towel and under garments I have said to staff but staff not cleaned and picked up cloth and last I have picked up and all cloth putt outside the room

i found this property through MMT, Location & food was ok but amenities &; services were very poor. they didn't maintained hygiene. washroom were too dirty, there was so many mosquito in curtains and dust. Mens were openly using alcohol infront of kids. this property should not be in MMT list. i had booked two nights there but as per above atmosphere i checked after one night only.

it's quite good hotel to stay in mount abu, room service is nice and specially rooms are area wise very specious..... excellent

Poor cleanliness, getting smell in the rooms, way to the hotel was an iron bridge which is risky to drive a car from it. Toothbrush, shampoo, sun lotion was not provided which is generally given by all hotels

I had a very disappointing stay at Kaka In hotel Mount Abu. From the moment I arrived, everything went downhill. Check-in Issues: The check-in process was extremely slow, and the staff seemed uninterested in helping guests. I had to wait despite having a reservation. Room Conditions: The room was in terrible condition. It was dirty, smelled bad, had broken amenities like lights, plumbing. The bed was uncomfortable, and the sheets didn’t appear clean. Unfortunately, my stay at this hotel was disappointing. The room and washroom were not clean, and the bedding looked used and unwashed. Overall, the lack of cleanliness made it hard to feel comfortable. Definitely expected better standards.

they tried to scam us with their already broken TV after check out called us and asked for money, they also tried to complain about us to police but police was very understanding, one thing we learn to always take a video of room while checking, be aware of scammers like this

I've faced lake of most basic amenities like shower cap/toiletries/refrigerator/slippers and many which are mentioned on mmt while booking. Second thing hygiene I've to wait like 2.5hrs after checking to get cleaned room still there are few spots left unclened. As I've raised my problem to concern person at hotel, he'll be like we've this only and we'll provide this only, then after I've reached to mmt customer care service after the conversation first worst ever stay on mmt booking.

Property is situated at good location. Staff is very cooperative. Room is not that much clean but overall it is good to stay for one night.

Very poor service provided at the hotel ..no drinking water provided in the rooms .after several reminders they provided water. Bathroom's cleanliness was very poor. In my booking breakfast was added for four people but they provided only for two persons..
