Stay was average w.r.t. review on mmt , toiletries were not in room further shower , flush and landline was not working even washbasin tap was broken, room was too small and i think if we book via MMT then allocated rooms would be small in size in comparison to others. And food was good mainly starters . That's all.

I recently stayed at the Marigold Hotel in Mount Abu, and it exceeded all my expectations! From the moment I arrived, the friendly staff made me feel right at home—efficient check‑in, warm smiles, and helpful local tips set the tone for an unforgettable stay. My room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and tastefully decorated, with large windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding Aravalli hills. Breakfast each morning was a delightful spread of both Indian and continental favorites, and the on‑site restaurant served delicious, freshly prepared meals throughout the day. I especially loved unwinding on the rooftop terrace at sunset—perfect for tea or a quiet moment of reflection. The hotel’s central location made it easy to explore Mount Abu’s key attractions, yet its peaceful ambiance felt like a tranquil retreat. I can’t recommend the Marigold Hotel highly enough for anyone visiting Mount Abu!

The tent of the hotel is not good, smelling, not cleaning properly. The wooden floor is not good, nails pricking. Hotel rooms are not specious. Room service is not on time. Firstly I booked a super deluxe tent as shown on the MMT App. However, the actual picture was different. they are like dark room even after two small light lamps. For the above cause, I complained at hotel reception and requested to shift from tent to the room. As requested, hotel management changed my stay from tent to room but the room was not in the same category. The hospitality and room service is not good.

Poor stay, photos, off centre located property

No battery cell, no shampoo, no toilet roll, no towels even after check in at 8:30pm. Had to ask for the smallest things. Tent room was full of the gutter smell

Mr Vinay, We would like to address the issues raised by you. Sir we have dispensers in our toile which has shampoo as well. The towels and other amnesties which you have mentioned was lying next to the bed. The foul smell you are talking about was not there as our staff had come to your room and checked but as a matter of your convenience we changed your room twice for your satisfaction.
