Walls of the rooms are quite wet and there are many insects in the room and asking me to park vehicle outside the property

The bathroom was too dirty and there were so many mosquitoes there so I did earlier check out on 10th rather than 11th June 2025.

Hello friends, this villa is very good, like rooms, rooms space and location. There is no other accommodation and not any supportive villa owner. And there is no cancellation plan for the rooms.

Excellent and peaceful location, caretaker shankar is dedicated. Property is clean and well maintained.

Location of villa is good. Room are also good. Specially host mr. Shankar is very nice and cooperative person. We have took tea and breakfast there. Both are really good. Some facilities to be add by hotelier. In cupboard hangers provision not there to hang clothes. Also hot water facility can be provided i washbasin to wash hand and face in winter season. Also electric kettle can be provided to drink hot water during cold season.

It was very welcoming treat by the abu villa. The room was spacious along with 2 balconies. Location is good, 1 km from nakki lake. Food was delicious and homemade. Room was having all the amenities. It was a very pleasant stay. Morning view of sunrise is superb.

Best stay one can find in mount abu. Property is surrounded by beautiful hills and trees. Room has the best view with the balcony. Staff is very supportive and nice. Best service. You must visit with your friends and a family. Place is worth the money though its not expensive.

Location and property both are good but the staff is rude. They do not know how to talk to guests. We were not even allowed to use our speakers
