The Hotel staff was excellent, with a 5/5 rating. They were very friendly, helpful, and polite. However, the hotel itself was a different story. We booked a room for three people for two nights, We were lucky to be a group of bachelors. If we had been with our spouses, I would have booked another hotel and forfeited the booking amount because the property was so pathetic. The room we were given was in serious need of maintenance. There was a DTH box but no TV, a geyser that wasn't working, a toilet without a seat, and a broken washbasin. The floor was covered in insects, and there were too many mosquitoes. The extra bed felt like sleeping on a rock. This property isn't a "heritage"; it's a ruin "Khandhar - खंडर" . I would strongly recommend against booking this hotel, especially if you are traveling with family. The rooms are not worth more than ₹1,000 per night, even during peak season. I also recommend that MakeMyTrip (MMT) conduct an inspection before listing properties like this.

The property is a bit far from Nakki Lake, rooms are old styled, not good. bathroom was dirty, pillow cover and bedsheet was not clean properly. Food was good in the hotel.

Very disappointed by the hotel, do not go here. And here I will ask MMT to block this. We have raised complaint to MMT with proof.

For the first time in my life I have experienced such bad hospitality. The bedsheets were dirty and the pillow covers were also dirty. electricity regularly shut down. They didn't even give us an AC remote. wall paint having fungus and insect. It was a really awful experience The worst part is that they are not changing my room Even after asking multiple times

it was terrible stay in terms of trip they are extremely unprofessional check in time was 12 pm and I waited for so long after 12 pm too and they didn't took my any id proof for checkin and it was 12pm and cleaning was not done till check in time and too messy and smells in entire room and they were sleeping and no response from their side. I will suggest that pls don't go on online photos... u will feel regret after checkin and thus I checkout within 6 hour from hotel due to safety concern as they didn't took my any id it was terrible stay in terms of trip they are extremely unprofessional

bed service pura bakwas hai, galti se Bhi Koi Mat Jana vahan per, call karte call bhi nahin uthate reception pay

The experience was so bad. No lock at door, No mirror, no towel,soap, not proper management awefull

Okay, so I'm not sure why this property has such a low rating on MMT, and especially on Google Maps, because I generally use Google Maps to locate properties and book accordingly. After looking at the reviews, I was quite shocked that this property has such low ratings consideringvthe images they have uploaded. Since it was not refundable, I had no other option but to give it a try. And, believe me, it's absolutely worth staying at this hotel. It just looks like it was built in the '70s or '80s, a mud kind of texture with tin roofing, but the interiors are great and as exact in the picture. The view from the sitout area was excellent. I am not sure about the other rooms, but I was in room 106. And below are some pictures which I am sharing. Good staffs Dashrath and prakash were polite and did provide great service

Very poor quality of the hotel, bed were completely wet, having unhygienic condition mouse was running in room, bathroom was without bucket. In totality zero level

Property location is very good . Rooms are good Staff service available on call. Tasty and delicious food. Some basic things miss out like serving tea without cattle . Some things should be improve. Property should be maintained propery.

Third class property , you feel that you live in dirt no flush working so much dirty breakfast is worst

I have paid for this property. Wanted to enjoy my weekend but it turned out to be a nightmare, the room was smelling, spider web here & there, open electrical wires, rain water leaking from roof on to bed and floors, broken floor, filthy washroom, pillow with hell lot of dust & dirt, complete unhygienic. I hv asked the reception for room change but he refused as No rooms available. Neither refunded. I was forced to stay with No option to find another hotel due to continuous rain and as it was night time. This trip was complete mess. Pathetic experience. Pl. delist this property from your portal. Kindly refund my amount.
