Hotel Blue Valley

Worst stay . Highly overpriced hotel. Not even single start. Rooms were stinky and very small. Farniture was in bad condition. Linens did not seem clean. No toiletaries, no towel in bathroom. The fan, telephone had ages of dust and seemed like a fungus. should review the properties before recommending for three stars. I would not recommend this to anyone.

The rooms were well kept. Food was also good. The property and suuroundings were quiet beautiful. Enjoyed the beautiful sunrise from our room window. All the staff were very pleasing and kind. I sure will book this hotel the next time i am at Mt Abu

It was the worst stay we've ever had. The blankets and bedsheets had stains on it. No mineral water was available. No toiletries were provided.

Our family recently stayed at hotel blue valley, mount abu, and it was a delightful experience. The location is absolutely stunning, with breathtaking views that we enjoyed from our room and the common areas. The hotel itself is well-maintained and offers a cozy atmosphere, perfect for a relaxing family getaway. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the amenities provided (but on demand) were satisfactory. The staff was friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The on-site dining was decent, with a good selection of meals, although the menu could use a bit more variety. Specially, providing meal on demand at common garden area was awesome. However, the overall experience was positive, and we left feeling refreshed and happy with our choice. If you're looking for a peaceful retreat with your family, surrounded by nature, hotel blue valley is a great option. We would certainly consider staying here again in the future.

We could not get the location of property because there was not the proper address of property. Food was average. The quality of food is average.

Location is little far from lake and difficult to reach there also rooms not clean and bed sheet and everything dirty

I booked hotels on make my trip and done all payment on mm t but hotels person's told that we did-int get a money from make my trip so we can't able to give you check in. After so many efforts check in was done also for breakfast also hotels pmanager told breakfast we can't give you i already make a payment with breakfast so after so many calls and 24 hours continuous effort i get a break fast my whole trip was busy to contact make my trip. Very worst service both make my trip and hotel blue valleys

Room allotted to us was not in good condition. Also there were no deluxe room type conditions. When we asked for room change due to full booking were not given other room. Also extra bed charges are very high 1k was charged.

I think the hotel management has kept the room, especially for makemytrip travelers. The tap in the bathroom sink was broken, and the bed sheets were dirty. No one properly attended at the reception. The breakfast was of poor quality, and the maintenance of the hotel was lackluster.

Ac not working properly pathetic reception room quality wrost will not recommend to friends

Good service and property staff was good and cleanliness was proper and overall nice experience. Good.
