Property location is very good. It is outside of temple crowd and main temple is within range of 4 km. Property ambience is good but when you enter in to rooms and common foyer, it requires proper maintenance. Bathroom is not hygiene and towels smell very bad even I got to towel with big hole. It is 2 star hotel. AC cut offs mid night and I need to restart again. Restaurant service was pathetic though food is good.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Stay at Pride Resort Ambaji – Request for Refund Dear [Hotel/Booking Platform Customer Support], I recently stayed at Pride Resort Ambaji from 26th September 2025 to 27th September 2025 (Booking ID: NH******3000). Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. • The food quality was not up to the mark. Both dinner and breakfast were of poor quality and did not meet the expected standards. • The property facilities were also not as advertised and did not provide a comfortable experience. Considering these issues, I kindly request a refund for my booking as the stay did not meet basic quality standards. I hope you will look into this matter seriously and process my refund at the earliest. Looking forward to your prompt response.
