The property is awesome, full of nature, greenery. The food was fantastic, rates were reasonable too. The staff was also up to the mark. Rooms were clean and spacious

Very first thing, this hotel is not in Mount Abu. It is placed on Guj-Rajashthan border, near Ambaji, We got fooled, as we thought this hotel is in Mount Abu. Abu is 45kms away from this hotel. Also, hot water facility was not availablefor both the days. They provided hot water in bucket later.

Location good, TV not working, facilities not good. No Mobile connectivity with friends. Too much far distance from Mount Abu. Nice place for Ambaji visit. Room design and hotel is average.

Rooms are fitted with a flat-screen TV. Some units feature a seating area to relax in after a busy day. All rooms include a private bathroom. Location was ok. Food quality is also fine. Overall good stay.

The property and location is good but the manager and staff is not at all professional and friendly. I had prebooked the hotel but when I reached there at 1:00 pm in the midnight, the manager asked me to pay Rs. 1000 for late check-in. Then he argued that he could not confirm the booking I'D due to poor internet but then he confirmed from somewhere through a phone call. I booked a non-ac room (not recommended) which was too hot. The room was clean and spacious but without a telephone, a TV without electrical connection. I asked the manager to upgrade to AC room, he demanded Rs. 1000 extra and was not ready to negotiate. I could not order anything as there was no phone to connect to reception. It's a good property but need better managers.

Location of the hotel was good. However, the service was worst. Hotel was not clean at all. My check in time was 12:00 and hotel has given me room at 1:30 PM. Hotel does not provide hot water as well. My overall experience was bad. I do not recommend staying in this hotel.

Poor .. Cheater .. Don't even think about staying .. Staff was totally illeterate. This hotel is not situated in mount abu. Instead 50 km away from it .. Not a single shop in 3 4 km radius. Road to the hotel is also poor

The hotel is very inconveniently located on a highway which will test your car shockers. Even though the natural beauty around is very good, but as soon as you enter the hotel it all comes crashing down. The food is passable at best and staff do not comprehend anything you ask. The bed sheets, pillow covers and towels were all torn and were changed after a shouting match. The hotel is too far away from Mount Abu to be of any use and this should be prominently displayed on your website to ensure that travelers are aware that it is 44. 5 KM from Mount Abu. There was no hot water available in the bathroom. And lastly when we asked for a cup of tea at 0600 in the morning, the reply was 'We are not awake and cannot give tea until 0730'.

Hotel Anand Palace. This hotel location is so beautiful and naturally... The food quality was good, Location wise for mount abu visitors it is away from mount abu and abu road railway station but near to Ambaji Temple and Gujarat border, hotel Garden, Hotel Parking area is good, hotel staff behaviour and hotel service is nice.

This hotel location outside the city, but so beautiful and peaceful location, hotel parking area Garden / Bar / decoration so good, hotel staff behavior / food quality / hotel service very nice. Transportation service some problem and Mobile network not available in this location.

The room was too hot. Fan was not giving proper air to bed side. The food was bad. Food plate and water glasses were dirty. Hotel Location is not convenient for mount Abu visitors. It is around 45 km away from. Mount abu. It is opposite to mount Abu from Abu road railway station. Although near to Ambe Mata mandir near to Gujarat border. Food was very bad.

The management is involved in frauds and cheating in the name of running a hotel business. When we arrived we found another couple who were allotted the same room and they were ultimately given another room in some other sleazy hotel after a hell of a fight. In our room, the AC kept switching off itself. There was no set top box with the TV. The room hadn't been cleaned for ages. Goons were drinking in the garden in front of the hotel. I fought for another room which was arranged at 2 at night in some bad hotel 10 km away which was worth one fourth of the cost I paid. Bad experience. I had booked this hotel in an emergency as there was some unforeseen change of plans. Never ever again. Families should totally avoid.

Hotel location has misguided me as mentioned in the address. It was 15 km away from Abu road. Also the network in hotel area was not available and was far away from the local shop. Connectivity was poor.

Please check location before booking as it is neither in Mount Abu nor in Abu road. It's in a remote place where only people come to drink whole day. Met couple of other families struck there as it is 45 km from Mount Abu and 15 km from Abu road.

The stay was nice. the view to the hills outside is also very pleasing. Quiet and calm place, with good aesthetics of the hotel and room. Food is somewhat pricey but yet enjoyable. You will get to travel the road surrounded with mountains, which is quiet a pleasant sight but it takes half an hour to reach via nearest railway station, Abu road.

The hotel location is very far from Mount Abu. It is not even located on hills. Rooms are spacious and clean. Food was not at all good. We accidentally booked this but later we realized that commuting form hotel to main city would be very difficult.

Mobile Network issues due to the location, one has to travel quite a distance to reach the main city. However, the rooms were quite good, huge space in the rooms and huge washroom, BAR facility was a perk given the location you need something to cut the heat.

I stayed in Hotel Anan Palace last week. Hotel's location is very good, I love it. Rooms are also good and service is too good. Hotel staff is friendly but food is very bad. I am not happy to this side. Like crossroad thelas food. Otherwise hotel is good.
