Property location was easily accessible. Room was good and big. Food was very bad. Service and staff was good.

Hotel is decent enough and they gave a free upgrade to family suite room which was excellent. Only flip side is the location, but if you are just looking for overnight stays this is a great hotel

Hotel staffs are very warm welcoming, very spacious rooms with proper facilities, little of the road but one can connect very easily.

Overall it was really a good experience staying at royal heritage, the hotel staffs were helpful and courteous.

Everything was excellent except food. Rooms, service, punctuality, cleanliness was perfect. Hotel staff is very cooperative.
