Need more improvement regarding room service and cleanliness.

Had a very bad experience — the linen was not only too small but also had a very unpleasant smell. Cleanliness and hygiene need serious attention.

not a good experience at all, especially in services. poor service at the hotel. ac was not working properly. cleaning was average.

Poor hygiene, wifi doesn't work, dirty bedsheets, no room service. They serve water in used plastic bottles.

The room is clean and staff behaviour is good. And hotel prize is good

They did not provide sealed water bottle and main staff was but rude. No phone facility in rooms for time of requirements

Our stay was for 2 days and it was quite comfortable. The hotel staff were really helpful and the food was also good.

Room is not so much good torned bedsheet on the bed. Blanket not so much good. We are trying to open tv but it is not turn on. I think need some improvement in this case staff was good.

The check in and check out was smooth, cleanliness was maintained properly and quite budget friendly too

There is no notion of hygiene at this hotel. I had checked in late so the hotel had extra time to clean the room and change the bed sheets. Even when checking-in at the reception, i confirmed whether the room had been cleaned which they replied in the affirmative. However, on entering the room, i found some hair strands on the bed sheet in multiple places i. E. This hotel probably doesn't change the bed sheets for the coming guests (maybe it only dusts the existing bed sheet and passes it on as a fresh one.

The hotel staff was arrogant and not welcoming at all. We were asked to take our luggage on our own. Dirty plastic used bottles were used for serving water in the rooms. Bathrooms were dirty. Glasses kept for water were dust laden. Overall a terrible dharamshala like experience with added arrogance

Location of the hotel is well placed, however, the condition of the hotel is poor. First of all, the room was dirty and the bed linen were stained, not to forget the bad damp along the entire bottom part of the room. I addition, the bathroom mat was heavy stained, and last but least, i asked for aa cup of tea, and i was told that the kitchen is not open at 7:30 am ! certainly, not worth the price, as i have stayed in many other hotels with far more superior condition and amenities.

Its an average hotel to stay. Rooms were ok, need to improve on cleanliness of room. Too far from main city, prefer only if you are travel-ling only for stay or sleeping purpose

Unhygienic and photographs are misleading. Left the hotel within an hour. Middle of highway and inconvenient for travel.

1. Night lamp not working. 2. No cap on the toilet pot. 3. No bars on windows. 4. The price is also very high. 5. The bathroom door lock is not working properly.

Good cleaning. Polity employee. Front view is too good. Rooms were clean. I would like to give a suggestion that need to put a phone in rooms. This facility was not available in room and everything was ok.
