Terrible Stay

Terrible experience. The room size was not as mentioned in the listing. The rooms were filthy and poorly maintained. The geyser wasn’t working, and there was no water pressure, so the shower was unusable. Cleanliness was completely lacking. Overall, a very disappointing and terrible stay.

Poor Stay

There is no lift operated for the whole day. It was too difficult to climb steps and luggage upto 5th floor. Room has pests all over and bed cover are not clean.

Hotels upon receiving booking details from mmt, should share the live location with customers, navigating to the hotel becomes convenient. Bed spread, cover and pillow covers should be changed every day, bathing towels should be fresh,

The hotel is good and at a good location. All the amenities are provided. But when i was living there bed sheets were not clean. Other than that decent experience. Will suggest this place for solo and business travellers.

The room given is much smaller in reality. There is no room service in the hotel even a cup of tea has to be arranged from out side which takes a lot of time as there are no waiters or service boys in the hotel. There are issues related to water supply.
