Location was very good. Property owner is also very good at behaviour and towards customer's comfort. Room is very clean.

They denied check in and asking for extra money

Staffs were polite and professional. That is what i see first while considering a hotel. Rest, food is a bit costly. Ac, wifi, tv geysers everything was working within my room as shown while booking. So great job on that. However, the blanket they provided was dirty and used one. The bathroom door was not getting closed from inside. I was staying alone, i kept a bucket full of water to support the door to keep the door closed from inside.

The property had a bad reception with a caretaker who doesn't allow you to check in unless u have paid the money which they expect. . Had to make a complaint and then check in. Poor hospitality
