Review Of HOTEL O SUKUN VILLA

Ok lets begin . Firstly the hotel's name itself was wrong. There is no hotel with the name o sukoon villa. On searching the location it was named 7 star hotel. When reached there the hotel denied any confirmation or acknowledgement of the booking there. There i was stranded alone with my wife and my 4 year old son at 11 pm at night. Tried calling make my trip they said it will take 45 minutes to respond and help. No call came from their side. As a last resort i called oyo hotel's customer care, they acknowledged and transferred me to a new property. That hotel was pathetic as hell. Non co operative staff which was unprofessional. Cockroaches coming from all sides of the bed. Kaise kaise karke night nikaali main jaanta hu. Requested them for late check out they denied straight away Overall a journey to forget and i will now think twice before booking any property from make my trip. Very sour experience i must say

hotel is very good and reception boy was very politely..wash room.. bedroom very clean..all staff behaviour very good... location is best..love lt this hotel...next time again I will stay in this hotel

More than 1 hr take to check in process after i call hen they talk to hotel then 1 hour later they give room to us

Location absolutely good as per my requirement. There was no option for any food within the premises. Amenities were good . Hotel needs to focus more on housekeeping as found short of support staffs.
