Horrible experience from the time of checkin u til check, firstly they asked me to pay additional amount for the booking as my booking has been shifted to oyo without my permission and when i asked for invoice the printer didn’t worked now i am not sure i paid extra 1388 amount for what?

Its horrible, they provided me a different hotel in which there was a small bed for 3 people, bathroom condition was horrible with no lock from inside and when i complained about it they told me that they change the room but they didn't. I want refund
