Wash basin tap was not working. A.c was not working for the second day. More alarmingly, they purposefully over billed and tried to take 100 rupees extra from me

Hotel Darbar location was at the main market so it is on a perfect locality, Room service was good, bathroom and toilet were not properly cleaned, stains on the bedsheet, AC was not working properly.

In the room tv was not working when asked for the person to come and repair had to wait for 2 hrs. Even there inter com phone does not work.
No safety, no hygiene, no sanitation nothing, no hot water no clean towel, no clean bathroom, small small insects, rats

Very bad experience. I am not suggested anyone who have visited in Delhi Darbar Hotel. Her staffs are very rude. Specially his Receptionist was unprofessional and way of talking is very bad. Room is very dirty bathroom was not cleaned and also TV is not working.

Dirty filthy rooms. Did not want to stay their but MMT made me wait till 12 o'clock in the night and I was waiting for their call and then I checked in. It was terrible, both MMT and the hotel.

Worst Hotel ever
The hotel is zero in everything cleanliness hygiene there was a rat in the room the tv wont work and they denied doing the recharge the water ordered in the room wont come for 30 mins the hotel pictures never matched the real property. If they give you for free still you cannot sleep in it.

Poor room. Dirty washroom. Room telephone not working
Its time visit in this hotel. And totally bad experience. Dirty room, dirty washroom. Breakable washroom tap. All over experience very bad.

Near Karol Bagh Metro and good rooms
Rooms are good but washroom is too small.

Room was good. But ac not working. Service should be improve
I stayed two-night, ac is not working, though I give a complaint they shouldn't respond. Food is good, service should be improved by responding as quick as possible.

Below average hotel. Food is not good. Service is also not good. I paid for a super-deluxe room but not worth. Tv is not working. Furniture is very old.

Terrible Stay
The room has very bad smell of sewage. It was intolerable. As I am a girl from Mumbai I invited my friends (girls) to meet at room for some hours but they refused at the reception saying we do not allow to meet which is very strange because overnight stay is a different thing and meeting for some hours that too day time and all girls is altogether different. He charged me extra only for inviting my friends without any receipt. Also they refused for card payment saying hotel is new. As I had done advance payment I was stuck here and had to pay him the money. The smell was so bad that I checked out of room in the evening. Could not even spend a single night.
