Poor Stay
The property was in middle of car spare parts market with lots of traffic secondly the service of hotel is very very poor, lift stops working time to time and room service is very poor and long waiting

Dear Guest, The hotel is in Delhi in Karol Bagh . Karol Bagh is famous for Markets and hotels . The hotel is situated on 60 Ft wide road. Traffic is all over Delhi . The lift is working properly and there was no breakdown or any other issue with the lift. The lift door closes automatically after 30 seconds once all passengers are in. madan pai manager

Good Stay
rooms are good, staffs behave is very good. but management needs to improving on managing the bookings of the rooms. I booked for two days still I had two shift to another room after one day due to a double booking of the same room.
