Terrible Stay
The receptionist said my name was not showing in their software in their customers' booked list. They didn't have a clue how to check and they told us to wait and we were waiting for almost 30 min. And yet they were saying to wait. It wasn't supposed to be like that as we reached there at night and they were saying we didn't see your name on booking list. It was disappointing.

I was asked for extra payment. The washroom was new but so dirty that you cannot use it. The staff was drunk and the overall experience was terrifying. The location of the hotel is also scary, we were afraid of our luggage.
