Review Of RASS HOTEL

I recently stayed and was quite disappointed with my experience. There were no curtains in the room, which compromised privacy and comfort. Additionally, the phone service was unavailable, making it difficult to communicate with the front desk or request assistance. To top it off, the cleanliness of the room was not up to standard, as it appeared to have been inadequately cleaned.

Hotel Attendant at 9.30 PM on 15th Feb 2025 told that ur booking is cancelled by make my trip. It's shoking for me but after some time everything was settled. so, It is advised to please update booking in time.

Amenities room service was not good. Please maintain sufficient amount of staff to maintain service and morning breakfast is not sufficient amount of type

Food options was not there property is under renovation. Check in formalities were not done. Security guard took me to to room.

No staff, no room service, only bread omelette in breakfast. Rooms are not good.

Hotel is under renovation which is not informed at the time of booking. I did not stay at the property neither have i got my refund.

We had a very bad experience at hotel rass. The hotel was very bed shaped, i have doughnuts on the selection of make my trip team, how they allow such a kind of property, without checking they enroll this property or they have settings with make my trip. Rooms are dirty. Bed stinking. Bathroom was dirty. Break fast not available. Even though we paid for it. Cleaning is not proper. I request to make my team visit the property & then enroll in your software otherwise the client will not trust you

It was a very bad stay experience, no room service, no food and no other services provided by the hotel. The room was also dirty.

Very very bad hotel experience in my life. Total wastage of money. Problems mentioned below-1- don't have any reception counter. 2- don't have intercom phone in room. 3 -tv not working in any room. 4- don't have parking facility. Room images totally different as shows

Check in n check out time was not proper bath room bucket n toilet was not clean

I am an avid business traveller, and i made a huge mistake of staying in this hotel. I had to spend one whole night without electricity. Thankfully, the weather was cold enough and ai could sleep without fan. I called the reception, but there was no one at the reception help desk. Even to order the breakfast, i had to call the room service multiple times and there was no staff to look after guests. The bathroom did not have toiletries. The driver did not know how to drive an automatic car. There is no parking in the hotel. The car has to be parked on the road. There was a party going on in hotel's banquet and the staff asked me to park my car at a distance. When i asked them to park back my car once the party is over, they kept my car keys. But after my multiple attempts to persuade the driver to park the car back, they could not put my automatic car in the d mode. I had to go back and help them understand how to drive the car. Overall, not at all a value for me. This is at most a rs. 1500 per night hotel for which they are charging 4k. Not recommended.

Worst experience. Ac was not working. Lots of mosquitoes. Towels were not washed properly. It was stinking. No dental kits were provided. Food services - good location - prime service - not upto mark

Value for money. Wantedto spend less and in that range this was good.

Food as per location and hotel too height i am only to person and order regular food but bill like 5 star hotel.
